22nd Feb, Final date for submission of abstracts and proposals. After this date, no abstract, or proposition, will be accepted. - THIS HAS NOW BEEN EXTENDED TO MONDAY 15th MARCH.

7th May, Formal confirmation of acceptance of papers.

7th June, Final date to pay the reduced registration fee.

16th July, Final date for cancellation. No refunds will be issued after this date. (Please click here for details about our cancellation policy)

5th September, Registration and welcoming reception.

6th, 7th & 8th September, Days of the conference
